I have a lot to say about Benoy Tamang as he assisted me through a fog I was in. When I say “fog” I mean a period of time that I could not make proper CEO decisions, I had a fear of making the wrong choices (so most of the time, didn’t make them) and self-doubt of my abilities. Benoy is awesome at what he does and was able to see right through me and notice I needed assistance.
What he did was not change who I am, he cleared the path, so I could be who I am.
He exposed me to tools I had all along and worked along side of me to use them properly. He proves me with guidance, but doesn’t give me answers. I have the answers already, He knew the perfect questions to ask. I also needed to be capable of hearing and listening to the answers I had in me.
Everyone could use a coach and I’m very happy Benoy is my coach.
I am now a better CEO/Coach to my company.
